TriMark Hockenbergs Equipment & Supply

I came as per a recommendation. When I called to confirm the address I was given, the woman on the phone was very rude about it. She did give me the correct address. I drove there and called because I could not find it. She had attitude when I called. Their sign is wrong, it displays the name of Trimark not Hockenbergs. When I was finished getting what I needed, I went to the front counter thinking I needed to pay there. The woman started shaking her head and slowly stood up to tell me that I needed to check out at the counter behind her. She was so rude with every interaction I had with her. I don't know how she has a job there. The man that checked me out was much friendlier and helpful than her. Honestly I will try to shop at another place if there's one available.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! I needed a pan I new was going to be very difficult to find and they found one and are having it shipped to my house in the next day or 2. I am so glad I went there!

Called to ask for parts for my true cooler gdm-12 got sent to voicemail, then to a lady that told me to bring in a shelf to match it up??? I don't have any shelfs that's why I called LADY I don't get it? What ever happened to customer service?????

First impression was not very good. Mediocre customer service. The lady at the desk wasn’t very interested in communicating, much less helping us track down what we needed.

Been there 5 times and every time I go they are conveniently out of stock for what I need. Don't go here. You will be disappointed.
