Tricycle Pizza

I've never written a review before. Tonight I ordered for delivery from Tricycle Pizza, something I've done many times. My family and I are big fans of the square pizza this place offers. Tonight the delivery driver, I believe serviced through Door Dash, delivered the wrong order. I immediately called Tricycle to alert them of the issue. They assured me they'd immediately reach out to Door Dash to rectify the issue and prepare my order again for re-delivery. Unbeknownst to them, and us frankly, the delivery driver was on their way to correct the mix up. Apparently, the Tricycle staff was on the phone with Door Dash for 45 minutes trying to correct the issue. Tricycle staff then reached out to me and let me know a new order was on the way. It’s a shame in the name of pizza. Tasteless sauce. Soggy crust. Too much toppings. Vegetable pizza tasted like boiled vegetable with no seasonings. Pathetic. 30$ for this shame of a pizza. smh

First time buyer. Long time pizza enthusiast. I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service and quality of pizza motivated me not only to leave a review, but to review the bad reviews here as well. Disagree with nearly every statement in all 1 and 2 star reviews on Google maps. This is the best quality for price pizza I have had in the peninsula and the staff went above and beyond when there were issues with my delivery. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for good pizza prepared by good people.

My daughters and I love to swing in to grab some pies to take home. Thank you so much! Thank you Danica! We love stopping by. The Sea Otter Classic is going on this weekend so the restaurant was packed tonight. The entire staff was so welcoming and was able to get me my pie out quickly and with a smile. Thanks folks!

I order from Tricycle regularly and I really appreciate how the management makes me feel appreciated for being a frequent customer, like understanding when I make mistakes and being thoughtful towards me. I also love the Bible verses on the pizza box and hope you never stop including them.
