This is the second time I visited this place with my husband. Both times have been great. The ambience is great, warm and cozy, the tables are very small, but just big enough to fit the tapas. I forgot to take pictures of all the dishes, but we had the tortilla española, patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, Hanger steak, and churros. All very delicious.
I had the buttermilk pancakes and I can say that they were the best pancakes I have had in Boston so far!! I was looking for a place where pancakes tasted like home: fluffy but crunchy at the same time. They were delicious! They were attentive on accommodate my daughter and her little stroller too!
I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but honestly… every single thing I tried was an experience. And when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Flavors layering and complementing each other in ways I’ve never experienced before. This place is a must-try. I don’t like Spanish food, it tends to be bland to me so I wasn’t really excited, I was here for a wedding celebration and it ended up being absolutely worth it. Here’s the fixed menu with everything I tried. Favorite dish? Honestly impossible to choose, every plate was executed with so much precision and care. Never thought a Spanish restaurant would be on my list of favorites…
Appetizers but really delicious and theres a cute bookstore and record store at the back...oh and they do these really cute personalized birthday cards when they know its your birthday...would definitely recommend a reservation for Fridays and weekends
We tried this tapas restaurant recently, and while some dishes were enjoyable, the overall experience left me mixed. On the positive side, the prawns were excellent, definitely a highlight, and the mussels were also very good. Unfortunately, the steak was drowned in an overly sweet sauce, which masked its flavor, and the red sangria leaned far too sweet as well. What really disappointed me, though, was the lack of some essentials. They were out of tortilla, the cheesecake was already gone, and most surprising of all no patatas bravas. For a tapas place, being out of patatas bravas felt almost unforgivable. Prices were also on the high side: we ended up paying around $90 per person, which felt steep given the uneven food quality and missing staples. Maybe I just came on an unlucky night, bu
