Trattoria Rossi

Excellent food and service! Diego and Amy are very welcoming and staff will answer any questions. We enjoyed a charcuterie appetizer and a bruschetta pomodoro. The honey goat cheese on the charcuterie was the best. For entrees we had the lasagna bolognesa and profite rustheca (a pasta with Italian sausage, mushrooms and cream sauce 😋) Dessert was a chocolaty delight and beautiful panda cottage. This was our second visit and we will return when we are back in Yuma! What a gem!!

I very, very rarely give straight 5 stars, but this place is exceptional. The food was delicious and most definitely authentic Italian (the owner and chef is from Italy). The service could not have been better. They were helpful with suggestions for all aspects of the meal including wine pairings, also Italian. The look and feel inside is like stepping into an Italian ristorante. From artwork to music to the look and feel, we were transported.

Truly an incredible experience. Diego is such an amazing host and we sat at the bar for an unforgettable dinner. The cocktails, the food, the wine, the ambience, everything was fine-tuned. We were transported to Italy! If you are in town as a local, or passing through, do not forget to stop by this authentic and extremely thoughtful trattoria. Just an incredible place to have dinner. Authentic Italian produced by the wonderful Diego. We were there on a slow night and had a fabulous time chatting with Diego and Amy. They have a really nice wine list, excellent food and dessert. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Diego & Amy were great hosts and made us feel like family. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. What a gem in the charming town of Yuma. Mile grazie!
