Trattoria Alberto

This was a great experience, the food was fantastic. We had a group of approximately 20, they fed us family style about 6 to 8 different dishes plus appetizers. As far as DC food goes, this is reasonable. The service was impeccable. The environment was good and the food was fantastic.

We have visited this trattoria many times. Over this time the food quality has remained at very high level. Service is excellent. The restaurant is inside a small house-like setting with three floors. Recently they raised the prices. The prices are quite high. The food was excellent. We had seafood chicken as well as other wonderful pasta dishes. I particularly liked the chicken cacciatore which was just enough spicy for my taste. All in all it is a great experience if you can pay the high prices

Visiting and went to eat here with my husband - WOW! I am a big foodie and this place was phenomenal. We got the garlic bread with marina, yum. Husband got the chicken piccata which was delicious, the sauce .. we were taking the bread to soak up the sauce! I got the sausage and peppers, the perfect amount of spicy. 10/10. Then got the turofa (or something like that) and it was the best dessert! Highly recommend

This restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere is perfect, the people are super nice and pleasant, and the food is out of this world delicious! We got excellent service from Luis...ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and tortellini with meat. Also, fried calamari as an appetizer and tried the pomegranate martini. Everything was prepared perfectly and squeezed in canoli for dessert! This is my second time here while in town and will definitely be back. Five stars!

My wife and I love Italian food and wanted to try something new and this restaurant did not disappoint. We showed up on a Saturday night and was seated quickly. Our waiter Manuel was very attentive and food came out fast. The food and drinks were very good. Definitely a great place for a date night. Highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian food.
