genuinely enjoy supporting Black-owned businesses, so I was excited to stop by yesterday. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were a few things that kept it from being a home run. First, this may just be my personal preference, but the music was very loud for 4 p.m. I felt like I was at a Friday night party instead of an afternoon meal. My friend and I basically had to yell across the table just to have a conversation. Great for a dance floor, maybe a little intense for ribs and casual catch-up. Speaking of ribs, I’m a huge rib fan. Honestly, they’re probably my favorite food. The fried ribs here were good, but they didn’t quite taste like they had just come out fresh. It felt more like they had been made earlier and reheated. First batch of wings I received were burnt and dry. Thankfully my greedy self opened the box to start eating in the car. I would have gotten home and been hotter than the grease used to fry em in. They replaced them with a new batch. They were not burnt but dry as all get out. The cabbage, mac n cheese and caramel cake were good. The cashier was nice, price was good too

I have patronized this establishment for over a decade when I was stationed in the area and now I drive through this area several times a month for work out of town and always stop by to get their smothered liver and onions dinner along with a chicken dinner for the road... and both are amazing & taste like it could have came from your grannys kitchen😍.... the portions are HUGE and the wings are even BIGGER 👌 .. the owners, Sam & Densie, are very accommodating and their staff is superb 👌 i highly recommend giving them a try.. you won't be disappointed 🤗

Best collard greens, green beans I ever had. Home style cooking. Smothered or fried pork chops. Lunch specials include fried thick bologna sandwich. Turkey wings. Good food.

First I’d like to say that I support Black owned businesses. However it’s hard out here and no matter where I spend my money I expect good food even if it’s a little pricey. Finally, I hated to do this but, I was sooo disappointed with the food truck. This is the second time that I have paid what they asked for and got food that was not good. This last time the only thing that was tasty was the greens. Well seasoned, but the ribs were sooo tough, overcooked and where was the sauce? Not enough. First time I was disappointed I talked to the owner, his promises never materialized. But it’s ok. I thought I would try again, but not anymore. May God bless you Traditionz to do better by your customers, especially the Black customers who have supported you for years. As for me, I’m done!!!!
