Town house bake shop

Townhouse Bake Shop is operating at a different level. The cinnamon roll was easily one of the best I’ve ever had - perfectly soft, balanced sweetness, and baked to perfection. The maple icing and plain glazed donuts were top tier. I consider myself a donut aficionado, and these absolutely hold their own among the best I’ve had anywhere. Consistently exceptional quality. Worth the stop every time.

This was my second time coming here. Both times, the guy at the front, Kevin Gilbert (I hope I spelled your name correct), was very polite and friendly. I asked if the pastries on offer are their typical inventory, and Kevin said they were and that they don't really change it. That's not a complaint as they 1) have a good variety of things on offer and 2) that means they can get really good at the pastries they make. I did ask if they ever sell pies by the slice since I saw they sell cheesecake slices, but they only ever sell whole pies. Again, that's not an issue. The first time I came in, I got one of their filled donuts (the one that's topped with pecans or walnuts and is filled with like a vanilla frosting), which was really good. I was looking for "a" donut in Cleveland and Town House Bake Shop popped up. This place is an absolute GEM. I walked in to the smells of fresh baked goodies, was greeted by the staff behind the counter, there's a nice variety of donuts and other baked goods to choose from. I love that it's all freshly made by hand. So, I found my Donut or 7 to be more exact. I just couldn't decide. AND... Just when I was ready to leave I spotted the egg custard pie. A weakness of mine and it looks delicious. So it had to come home with me too. I might share. 😉 If you're looking for a sweet treat I'd say this is the perfect place to pop in and get some goodies. They had a lot of other items I haven't explored yet but I'll definitely be going back.

Today was the first time my husband and I have been here, and let me tell you it was amazing! Jordan greeted us as soon as we walked in! We told her that we were new and never been and gave us a list of everything they had and her personal favorites. The most kind and professional place we have been to in a while. We will definitely be back soon. And the food was AMAZING to say the least.

Love this place. Their internet was out this morning and I couldnt pay with a card. They were willing to just take the cash I had. No way. You guys are awesome and I will pay it all. I gave them $23 and told them I would be back later today to pay the rest. As you can see, they are a hit in the office!
