Lori provided great service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and really made our visit enjoyable. The fried pickles were delicious, but the BBQ burger came out more like a crunchy brisket sandwich. It was good, just not quite what I expected. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's food arrived cold, and the wings were redropped instead of being freshly remade. Overall, some positives, but definitely room for improvement on the kitchen side.

So I went to Touchdown in Grand Prairie for lunch & the bartender Yaya was amazing, really good service from her, the drinks she made for me were absolutely amazing. On the other hand I ordered the Angus beef burger & there was absolutely no seasoning. I heard the other food was good though, but for now I’ll only go for the drinks.

We love Touchdowns! It’s our favorite neighborhood hangout and Lori the bartender is fabulous! It’s always very clean and bright, the mango margs are delish, and the wings are crispy. We are loving having a neighborhood hangout!

If you have ever been to the DeSoto location, you are going to absolutely love the new Grand Prairie location. Larger and roomy. Great ambiance! The food is great and the mix drinks are delicious. Lori and the staff are amazing. Come by, you won’t be disappointed.

I would like to start off by saying the staff and service was great. Our bartender Lori was amazing being able to handle a bar full of folks alone yet was able to check on us frequently and made sure our glasses were never empty. Now on to the food. My girlfriend order the “Brisket Burger” it’s more like Brisket Sloppy Joe. There’s no burger Pattie just chopped brisket. She said it was quite crunchy also. I think they should had a burger Pattie in order to call it a brisket burger. As for me I order Garlic parm wing basket. When it arrived, fries we delicious and hot but the wings were ice cold. Lori apologized and was more upset than I was about it. The issue was corrected and everything was nice and hot. Overall the food has potential to be amazing just need adjusting. Menu needs rewordi
