Tortillería La Charrita

Came in on a Sunday morning at 10am and they were already opened and the food smelled so good! We had a big order of breakfast tacos. We got papas con huevo y chorizo con huevo all on corn tortillas. Tortillas were soft and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Not friendly and food is okay. As soon as I walked inside, nobody greeted us but all of the employees stared. The cashier has an unpleasant stare like she's not happy to be there and does not greet. When one of my plates came they gave it to another person and he said it was not his and the waitress removed and took it to the back and then came out and served it to me. Overall not friendly at all the whole time I ate their I was uncomfortable.

Absolutely love the customer service & how friendly the owner is . But sadly I won’t be returning to this establishment ; today I ordered Fajita tacos an these are not worth $2.25 each for how small an burnt the meat is.. the only thing good I can say is the sauce & tortillas was good.

THIS IS, HANDS DOWN, THE BEAT MEXICAN FOOD IN BALCH SPRINGS It is very very fresh and tastes homemade. Their guisos are amazing, their tostadas and flautas are amazing… I love coming here on my lunch break. Their liquados are great too. Any time I come here everyone that works is SUPER NICE. The rice is always perfect. The portion sizes are great. Their prices are great.

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic, the menudo, the breakfast tacos, the salsa! EVERYTHING. REAL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. Would definitely come back
