Torchy's Tacos

The taco they gave my son was swimming in cooking oil. The egg on top was too oily, and the tortilla was just soaking with grease. If you squeezed the egg, oil would just pour out. It was so gross to even touch it! Today was seriously the last straw. I can't even believe it. Would you eat that? If not, why serve it? This place always gives us lukewarm tacos when we dine in, and I've let it slide. But serving this disgusting food today is really pushing my buttons. The manager asked what was wrong with it? It was really a lack of standard. No wonder their kitchen staff cooks like that. A flour tortilla soaked in oil from a greasy egg omelet. Unbelievable! Torchy's is turning into McDonald's. This location is really terrible!

Tried the Migas breakfast taco today…incredible! My favorite taco place. Baja shrimp is my all time favorite lunch taco. I had breakfast and lunch all in one. 😂 Hubby tried the breakfast burrito. HUGE and delicious. Great service and friendly employees. Love this place!

I ordered what was listed as a quart of queso for $30, but it was nowhere near a quart. Super disappointing for the price, I expected a full-sized container like you’d get anywhere else, but it came in a much smaller portion. The queso itself tasted fine (Torchy’s queso is always good), but the value just isn’t there. For $30, I should’ve gotten at least double the amount. Definitely not worth the price unless they fix the portion size or labeling. $30 dollars is full meal for two in these economy. Do not buy the quart of queso you will be disappointed.

If you’ve never ate Torchie’s before, I recommend you start today. Especially this location since I can vouche for the cleanliness and friendliness. Great environment. I will say, the workers here prefer you order at the front with a human which I respect. When you walk in there are computers to order on but the system is not user friendly and difficult to scan for rewards or make any modifications to your order. We ended up ordering up front with a lady that was really nice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was out first time at this location, it was great experience. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Natalie. The food was pretty delicious, but the conversation and drinks at the bar were definitely the best part of the meal. There was great customer service at this restaurant as the order came out wrong and in a few minutes they had the food replaced with the correct order.
