Topgolf Avon

We went this past Sunday for the 'Sunday Funday' deal. There was a group of 10 of us, 5 teenagers & 5 adults. We reserved 2 bays together. My mother, has a torn meniscus but wanted to still come and join the fun however they had us on the 2nd floor & the elevator was out of order. I talked with the front desk & was told they couldn't switch our bay (there were at least 4 empty bays on the ground floor). I went to let my mom know the news and she was willing to go up the stairs, but a waitress, Kaleigh, over heard and said "I would speak with a manager. They should be able to accommodate you. I'll go speak with him for you" She went and they came back a few minutes later to tell us they were able to move our reservation to the ground floor so my mother didn't have to go up the stairs with h

We had a group of nine and used two bays. Our server/host was Nani (I hope I spelled it right). She was fun and friendly and wonderful in helping us get set up. We ordered food which was delivered hot and timely. We all had separate checks and she was able to get the checks and payments right the first time. Good food, great game, excellent server and friends! What more does one need?!

So much fun! It was my first time trying Top Golf when we went as a group of 7! We had a super friendly host named Mark. We were split by two bays right by each other on the first floor. I was a little disappointed to be on the first floor but it ended up being so much fun! The concept was easy, even for me, not super athletic lol. There were plenty of games to choose from, we played Angry Birds for one round! We got nachos and they were amazing! I would compare them to top tier bar nachos! We also tried the mini donuts… heavenly! I do wish they offered coffee drinks but they offer many sodas and alcohol drinks. Overall, great time!

I would like to share our experience at Topgolf Avon this past Tuesday regarding the Two Bay Bundle Package, which I believe is misleadingly advertised. Our kids reserved the Two Bay Bundle Package, which is promoted as including: Topgolf Play for 2.5 hours (rates vary by day), and A Menu Package with a choice of a $150 or $220 food and beverage option. The package description states that this includes a $150 prepaid food and beverage credit to be used on the day of the event. We paid a 25% deposit ($81.25) at the time of booking. At the end of our visit, I paid the bill and left. After speaking with the kids and reviewing the confirmation emails more closely, it became clear that the wording of the package is very misleading. Went tonight and we had Marley as our server. She was phenomenal. Very attentive and patient with our group of teen boys. My only complaint is the top golf nights that you pay extra for are lack luster. The one in Independence has colored lights on the course and feels like a party in the bays. This location is no different than during the day. Maybe the city made them dull it down? If not, it was a terrible decision. It is like the difference between cosmic bowling and regular bowling. It just isn't the same. The ball dispensers are better here than independence.
