What a wonderful place and wonderful people, I was just coming in to pick up a grubhub - order and it smells so delicious in the restaurant and I just made a comment on how delicious it smelled, but I really didn't have much money but I will definitely be back, as the young lady Behind the counter handed me my grub hub order. She handed me another bag of food and said this is for you. Happy holidays... I will definitely be back for sure. Thank you so much. That really means a lot. Times are always hard for people. We're always out here trying to make a dollar just to lift paycheck to paycheck. It brings tears to my eyes to know that she did this for me today.

Food is not as good as it used to be. A small platter is now $22-23 dollars now and rice is not included with the platter it’s considered a side you have to pay for which the lady DID NOT explain until she made my food. I got a small oxtail platter for $25 Mac, cabbage and rice. The Mac is not good at all. Literally only taste like noodles with no cheese.. the cabbage doesn’t have flavor either it’s bland like they just boiled it.. Only thing good is the gravy from the ox and the rice. I’m not sure if they are under new management but when they first opened they were good, as of right now im not happy with my decision to eat from them today. Both of my sides were not flavorful at all. Since the price is going up I’d expect that the food would be better… that’s not the case here it’s gotten

Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Home fries were divine and every bite was a joy. 10/10 can't wait to try more

They don’t even need syrup 😮‍💨 I got turkey bacon, fried eggs & potatoes. Everything cooked to perfection 😚 I forgot to grab the banana pudding 😭 so I’ll definitely be back for more 😋

This Top Taste Location on A 73rd and Elmwood Ave has great food. The store is definitely worth giving the food a try. Kind of a staple in the area. Keep up the good work 👍
