Top Hat Pizza and More

I ordered a couple of pizzas later in the evening on Saturday 3/7. Gentlemen said it be approx 45min. I got there around 50min after I ordered and he said it still be a little bit. Considering I counted close to 40-45 order tickets it wasn’t a big deal. I got my pizzas closer to the 90min mark after I ordered. They were hot and fresh. Considering those workers were busting their tails and still delivering good food was astounding considering how many orders they have. I think the ownership needs to commend the manager for working so well. They also could stand to get some bigger fryers and a bigger flat top grill as that was the biggest hold up for some of those tickets and wait times. Make a small investment for longer term quality is worth it at that Piqua Mall location. The manager was

You guys should fix your onion rings quick. Almost $7 for bad onion rings. Breading falling off not cooked evenly. The pizza was fine, basic greasy pizza.

We have had the pizza many times and everytime it has been great! The pretzel bites are also amazing!

Food is pretty good but the wait time is ridiculous! I know it takes time to make it but I can't believe how long it takes.

We have tired most of the items on the menu and it has all been good.🤌
