Tomasino's Italian Restaurant

Went in at 4:15pm and didn't get out till close to 6:30pm. Went in and it wasn't even busy. Maybe 4 tables seated and it took the server 15 minutes to come take our drink order. By the time she came we already knew what our food was going to be. I got a salmon panini and it was pretty decent but all of my food was getting cold after our 45 minute wait for our dishes. We ate for about half an hour and it took so long to get the check and get cashed out that I was able to go start my car and it be warm in zero degree weather before we left. I didn't plan on most of my evening being stuck at a restaurant for an early dinner. Also over $20 for a basic spaghetti dish is a little outrageous when the main ingredients are tortellini, spaghetti sauce, and cheese.

Clean restaurant. Service was excellent. A great selection on the menu and nighty specials. Several choices of pasta including gluten free and zoodles as another choice. The lobster bisque was fabulous. Salad was fresh. The entrees were made to perfection. Fantastic desert selection Highly recommend. Nice atmosphere. They are open Monday through Saturday beginning at 11am through 8 pm.

You Need To Know? Arrived at 5:30 on a Friday night & had reservations. This Italian restaurant was a gem. The smells & the taste of their food was excellent. We had homemade pastanni soup which very tasty. We had the Hawaiian pizza & a Margherita pizza. The pizzas were excellent & a must try, especially if you live in the Dallas area. You will not be disappointed! This place is definitely worth more visits. Pleasantly surprised! Now You Know! -TBH

Cute little place. Pizza was very good. Meatballs were delicious. The sauce on spaghetti was watery and it was not that good.

Food was decent. We chose to order takeout to avoid fast food. Ordered without Red sauce and got boat loads. The Tour of Italy was mediocre at best. The eggplant was just a bite size serving and the pierogies were cold even tho they were in a bag with hot food and in a tin container. I would guess it's better to eat in here but I wouldn't reccomend takeout. If I wasn't already tired last night I would have taken it back.
