Tom Thumb

Y'all!! The bakery, more specifically the custom cakes, is absolutely Phenomenal!! I showed her (i hate that I didnt get her name!!) my inspiration picture and she went with it! And did absolutely exactly what I asked for!! Considering the time they had to make this cake for my daughter's birthday, I wasnt going to be super picky, just as long as it was in the same "ballpark", but the cake and cupcakes were beyond what I expected!! (The rest of the cupcakes, not pictured, matched the others!!) I will be ordering my son's cake as well in January for his birthday!!

BEAUTIFUL! Location, store is ALWAYS clean and friendly Staff. Want to take the time to Thank Ms. Mary (Cashier) & Kameron for sacking our groceries. Both of them had warm smiles, Great sense of humor and greeted us joyfully. The food is Always fresh at this location, I love the Spinach & Garden salads, beautiful flowers at the door entrance…. it’s always reasons to visit. KEEP up the OUTSTANDING customer service and hard work Tom Thumb.

I was inspired to write this review after witnessing the great leadership shown by staff member, Jaimie. She appeared to be one of the store's Managers and through the two interactions I had w/ her and others I observed, I wanted to share what a supportive, patient, helpful and hands-on leader she appeared to be. I also personally foubd her to be pkeasant abd personable. Additionally, I live in the neighborhood and shop here regularly due to convenience, though I go elsewhere for big shopping, as your prices are not the lowest. That said, the store is always clean and organized and the staff is consistently friendly. Great job to all! -Erica

We went to Tom Thumb for a few items and a couple of items were on sale. My husband has the app for Tom Thumb so he asked what did he need to do to get the discounted price. He thought he did it correctly, only to find out at self checkout when I was like ask the sales associate just to make sure - we hadn't. So Kuddos to the sales associate working the self checkout on Saturday Feb 28th. This was at Tom Thumb off Cartwright in Mesquite.

Really good grocery store—clean, organized, and the produce is usually fresh. The bakery and meat sections are solid too. Prices can be a little higher than other stores, but the quality and the quieter shopping experience make up for it. Staff is generally friendly and willing to help if you ask. Overall a dependable place to shop.
