Tolli's Apizza & Restaurant

Have been coming to Tolli’s for 30 years. Every time That I am here the staff is friendly and inviting. The food is consistently excellent. The pizza rivals and New Haven pizza. If you not on the mood for pizza there are many choices on the menu.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tolli’s Pizza in East Haven is honestly some of the best pizza I’ve had in New Haven County.. right up there just behind New Haven itself. That’s not something I say lightly. They genuinely deserve some kind of award for how good their pizza is. What really stands out too is the pricing. It’s super affordable, easily some of the best prices in town, no joke. You’re getting high-quality pizza without paying crazy prices, which is rare around here. I also want to mention how much the sauce has improved. A couple of years ago, I wasn’t the biggest fan, but now it’s noticeably sweeter and way more flavorful; it’s actually amazing and ties the whole pizza together perfectly. Let's talk about the fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce was barely there, also cooked on too high of a heat since you can see small curdles. It honestly lacked flavor, I'm disappointed 😞

My wife grew up in East Haven and grew up eating at Tolli’s. Even though it’s changed owners, I would say that it’s just as good as it’s always been. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting & the food is top-notch. Will continue coming here and enjoying the restaurant. Do not book an event here. I hosted my baby shower at this location on 02/08/26 and it was a complete nightmare. This was supposed to be a day about me celebrating with friends and family, but instead, I spent the entire time stressed out, angry, and managing the staff’s incompetence. The negligence was staggering. We had a strict two-hour reservation starting at 2:00 PM. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, the server completely ignored us for a full hour. She didn’t even take our order until 3:00 PM, leaving us with only an hour to eat and celebrate. It felt like she either couldn’t understand English or simply refused to listen to a word I said.
