Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse

It's been a few years since I've eaten here. On an impulse, we stopped in for date night. We ordered Shrimp Shumai for an appetizer. It came out shortly after our soup and salad. Very good and well prepared. We ordered the Tokyo Deluxe for Two. Great price and huge amounts of food. Everything was cooked perfectly. I would definitely order this meal again based on the amount of food we had left over. This location is highly recommended! Give them a try if you are in the area. Update: brought the family for hibachi to celebrate my son's birthday. I'll upload videos.

Went to this spot recently and ordered takeout from Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse in Newnan, Georgia, located at 101 Newnan Crossing Bypass. The experience was decent overall, though not without its flaws. The food, while not very appealing visually, ended up tasting better than it looked. It had a clean, balanced flavor, but nothing that really stood out as exceptional or memorable. For the price, which was on the higher side, I expected a bit more in terms of presentation and taste. I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE, one of the best dining experiences and atmospheres I’ve ever been apart of and able to enjoy. The food was amazing and tasted so good it made my mouth water… The cook was nice and comforting as well as so skilled it was a joy to observe.

WATCH OUT!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Not only was the service below average, but I later discovered that my card was charged twice for the same transaction. Being double-charged is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their billing practices and financial accuracy. When I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue, the response was slow and unhelpful. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and prompt correction of errors — especially when it involves my money. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them speaks volumes. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose trust in this establishment. I strongly encourage others to carefully review their receipts and bank statements after dining here
