Tokyo House

We were really disappointed with our experience at Tokyo House. My mom found a chicken bone in her chicken dish, which is something you never expect when dining out. It completely ruined the meal, and the staff didn’t seem very concerned when we brought it up. We used to enjoy coming here, but this experience really made us question the food quality and attention to detail. Hopefully they take better care in the kitchen moving forward.

This is one of the BEST Chinese buffet in Jonesboro, AR. The others in town used to be at this level but both have gone downhill IMO. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. They usually give us a really nice ink pen when we are paying for our ticket. Or in their words "A gift for you!" 🙂

Love the serving dishes on the buffet. So much more elegant than stainless steel pans! Dishes I tried were hot, flavorful, and worth going back for more. Sushi stands on its own as well. Have been twice since the opening and the staff is always attentive and the meal satisfying.

All of the food was cold and tasted old. The rice in the sushi was hard. Flys were everywhere. The dessert bar had brick hard cookies. Definitely would not eat here again. Only upside is the employees were nice and our waitress was very attentive with refills.

Came around 3pm and there was barely any people dining in! Service is always there if needed and the food was good, cooked, and yummy. Would go back again if there might be a next time.
