TOGO'S Sandwiches

Pastrami like none other, and the manager working today was awesome. Despite working with minimal staff, I still felt like care and consideration went into both my families orders. I have upmost respect for any manager willing to work on the floor alongside their staff, and that is a difference in service you will always notice. Definitely a place im willing to drive out of the way to come here and will continue to do so.

On SEPTEMBER 2nd, I went to togos and got 2 sandwiches, a turkey sandwich and a tuna melt sandwich…. On the turkey sandwich i had asked for extra mayo, it was so dry it wasn’t even enjoyable, i didn’t even eat it. Then the tuna melt sandwich they didn’t put any cheese on it and the girl didn’t even put it in the toaster, like how it is supposed to come… Both sandwiches had barely any toppings on them. I then called the store because both sandwiches ended up going in the trash, the girl that answered had the worst attitude ever, then when i asked for the store manager she decided to change her attitude. Thank you so much for your catering service for our company function. Everything was perfect and more than I expected. The service was more than excellent and sandwiches were delicious.

Gave us cheaper sandwiches than what we paid for and told us it was due to new employees. They told me they weren’t able to fix the issue and that there was no manager or higher up to help. The food we did receive was dry, skimpy and not even on the right bread. Complete waste of money and time.

TOGOs is a NOGOs. The sandwich and service was very good HOWEVER, 2 x 6-inch subs should not cost $30. That is insane. I know the days of $5 footlongs are over but charging 3x the price for half the food is nuts. I would not recommend going here to anyone as it's just not worth it.
