TOAST

For drinks we got the Vanilla iced coffee and a caramel iced coffee. Huge and tasty iced coffees especially for the price. For our meals we got chicken delight, eggs benedict and a side of breakfast sausages. The chicken was very dry but flavourful, the eggs benedict were cooked perfectly but the sausages were definitely just hot dogs. The look, taste, and texture of them were exactly like schneiders hot dogs. When asked about them we were told they were indeed sausages. Photo included.

My chicken waffle was dry and the batter was so crispy that I have 3 sore spots in my gums . The flavor of the waffle was very good. Belgium waffle : a little undercook in the middle that is how should be this waffle, love it. My husband likes his dish a skillet. But he doesn't love it, for me the potatoes were not that fresh. Drinks : good Coffee, my chai was a little over sweat for me. But I know some powders come like that already. Service excellence.

Service was great however food was not let's start with the tea tasted old and expired also discolored. breakfast came and i dont like rye especially not on top of my food and I didnt order it so had to ask for that to be corrected. next my potatoes were were super cold and some were still raw I asked for them to be replaced then I actually noticed they legit use old potatoes threw them in the dryer and warned them up u could tell because my old ones were brown and new ones were white but the seasoning was cooked into the potato. The sausages I had to ask if it was pork because they taste funky they looked discolored pink. The bacon is under cooked and tough very fatty and the non fatty parts were tough. My sisters scrambled eggs were undercooked as well. And we did not get our pancakes w

First breakfast spot I have tried in Windsor and it was a hit. They were able to make alterations to an order and provided quick and friendly service! Food was very yummy - will be back!

I recently found myself in Windsor during the breakfast hour and wanted to find a local gem to eat at. Tucked into the Little Italy community Toast fits that bill. With an incredible breakfast menu that features staples and inspiring creations, it was hard to choose what to order. I decided to go with the Red Velvet Pancakes as I've never seen anything like them on any menu. They were nice and light and yet decadent with plenty of whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate. My only wish was that there was cream cheese icing between the layers instead of on top, under my whipped cream mountain. The establishment was clean and welcoming with friendly staff. Definitely a recommendation, and I might need to find more excuses to be in Windsor lol.
