Tin Brook Bed & Breakfast

I stayed at the Tin Brook Bed and Breakfast for 2 nights - November 7 & 8, 2025. It was an excellent experience and I will stay there again if I am in the area.|The Pumpkin Patch room was spacious, as was the attached bath. Both were well appointed with all a traveler might need. The bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thick towels, coffee maker, refrigerator and several lighting options. |The gift shop next to the B & B was abundantly stocked with holiday items and decorations, including homemade crocheted pieces. |Several choices for breakfast were offered and prepared by David, the host and owner. |Based on my experience, I can recommend the Tin Brook Bed and Breakfast.

We stayed one night and really liked it. It's cozy, and if you hate high priced chain hotels this is for you. Rooms are all different and they make you feel like you're in your own home. The host is great and fixed breakfast for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The google photos don’t do it justice. The rooms were so big and cozy and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was so easy and quick. Loved it for a quick fall vibes getaway. Plus their gift shop is adorable and so festive!

There was nothing we didn't like about this property. Check-in was quick and simple. The room was beautiful, spacious and immaculate as well as very private and quiet. It had every amenity you could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious with homemade quiche and cranberry, butternut squash bread. It was worth every penny - actually felt underpriced. We will definitely stay there again and will absolutely recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank you to David, the owner, who was extremely professional, courteous and welcoming.

Cozy, clean, comfortable & SO friendly!! I was genuinely relieved and surprised by how great this place is. I booked a room for my sister and her SO to stay for a little over a week. They were so happy with it, and again- so was I! They also decorate for the holidays, which is so much fun! Some places they've stayed before we found Tim Brook have been seriously hit-or-miss in at least one of the areas mentioned at the start of this comment, but Tin Brook is a hidden gem in the Hudson Valley. I cannot recommend it enough. (Also - check out that gift shop- They have such cool / original stuff regardless if you are from out of town or shopping local -so check it out!!)
