Tim's Kitchen

We went to the Puyallup branch on a Saturday morning at around 11:30. We had a quick 10-min wait & browsed the menu while waiting. We probably got there at peak morning because the lot was full when we arrived but had plenty of open spaces when we left about an hour later. It’s a cute space with a train theme. It looks like the kinda place that would have Buffalo plaid accents so it’s sorta surprising that it doesn’t. If this restaurant was next to the Red Barn Market (also in Puyallup), the aesthetic would be peak suburban-bordering-rural. Multiple booths around the lower level seating looked comfy & were full. The upper level has 5 4-top tables, 3 2-tops, & narrow chairs that are very ‘simple American diner’ types-any bump would spill a very full cup. We’d love to see the site do well e

Ray and I discovered Tim’s in Orting a few years ago. We had a wonderful meal and were thrilled when they opened a location in South Hill Puyallup. Now there are locations in Tacoma and Enumclaw. Following a long 4 days giving trail rides at the Pierce County Fair, I was scheduled for PT, or so I thought. I wound up getting there 24 hours ahead of schedule, thanks to a rescheduling glitch and not informing me. Ray and I had more fair business to conduct but breakfast came first. I've always wanted to try this place, and I wasn't disappointed. Pretty good food, service was good and friendly. I tried the chicken and waffles, and it was very tasty! My only " okay " moment was the breading separated from the chicken in my meal. But, i disgress the meal was good 👍🏾

We had such a wonderful dinner experience, and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress, Jamie. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in at just the right times, and handled everything with such a warm and positive attitude. You could truly see how hardworking Jamie was — even while staying busy, she never made us feel rushed and always made us feel valued. Her friendly personality and excellent service made our evening extra special. Thank you, Jamie, for making our dinner such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.

The food is spectacular! Amazing portions for the price. Definitely a go to for the area and hot chocolate is delicious!
