I stood around for 5 mins waited to be helped. There were two people working and I'm the only customer... So I walked closer to them conversing hoping to be noticed. I was finally noticed, but one said to the other "Omg I didn't even notice there was a customer standing there." And then the other says OMG I know that's scary." And then both laughed. I am still waiting to helped so I just said I'll be back later. Then they said okay. Just wanted to say I am also a customer and deserve to be acknowledged and helped.

The sweets are delicious. I tried the Oreo iced capp and it's off the rails yummy. They have the best bagel sandwich around. I'm so glad I stopped here for a treat.

I usually go to Tim's once a week for breakfast on my way to work. In the last two months, I never get what I ordered. When I went through this morning, the workers were more concerned with what they were wearing today then helping customers.

This place is terrible. you spend $14 on ice caps, they fill the cup 3/4 of the way. I asked them to fill the cup and she said they can't, they have strick guide lines. So you spend $14 and get 3/4 of a cup. I will never go back to this place.
