Tim Hortons

Have made multiple trips to this Tim Horton while in Muskegon. The staff have been quick and very friendly. My mocha was hot and delicious. Mom loved her coffee and enjoyed the interaction with staff. Can not say anything negative about my most recent visits. Price is reasonable considering the increase in coffee prices.

Very dirty inside store. Grease dust and food scrapes on all glass surfaces and counters. Hard to see what is in display cases through all the filth. Gross. My friend likes the ice cream so I have seen this place for a couple years never being clean. Wait staff with long beards not wearing a net, scared of getting hair in my ice cream.

LET'S GO AHEAD AND FOLLOW CORRECT PROCEDURE.AND CONFIRM THE DELIVERY ORDERS.AS THEY GO OUT SO THAT THEY DON'T GET STOLEN BY PEOPLE CANCELING THE ORDERS.AND THEN THE NEXT DRIVER COMES AND WASTE GAS IN THREE

I really enjoy getting breakfast here, my order has never once been wrong. With that said, please stop storing donuts like this. So much precious chocolate lost :(

This location is my favorite of all West Michigan. Shoutout to Hayley for having my order memorized, and the entire staff for always being so friendly. I just moved to Grand Rapids and haven't found the same level of service, unfortunately. Thank you guys for making our mornings better for the past 2 years!
