Great spot for great on the go coffee. Staff was super nice, even gave us some advice for the upcoming Bills game. Go Bills!

6:00am 1/25/26 Second time with the same crew I got a coffee mocha with NO MOCHA. I've never seen the drive thru line so long and so many people leave, I see why now. I'll drive down the Blvd to get what I'm paying for. Hire back that blonde from.the morning she was your only staff member who knew how to make a coffee right. It takes a PhD to do so apparently. Update: Went back got a mid afternoon Monday coffee can I ever get a FULL cup either?

Was planning to order the holiday iced latte but their espresso machine was broken, so I ended up ordering an iced coffee. This was my first time at a Tim Hortons so it wasn't a super great first impression lol. The coffee was good though, wasn't too expensive for the amount I received, however we also ordered a hot coffee and it tasted strangely watered down. Person taking my order was friendly, however it was a bit confusing to order because there's no physical menu aside from what's up on the display TVs.

Horrible customer service, they are rude, they laugh at people and get upset when you try to order something, they gave me my food in a box that looks like garbage, the tables are dirty and everyone acts as if they hate being there. Change all your staff.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. Despite the place being completely empty, it took them nearly 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and take our order. The staff was unbelievably rude and had an unacceptable attitude throughout. To top it off, they got our order completely wrong. Tim Hortons seriously needs to consider changing the staff at this location. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid this place at all costs.
