Tim Hortons

I've been going to this TH regularly for a few months now. I have not had a negative experience. Every employee I have encountered there is courteous and has exceptional customer service. My coffee is made consistently the same way every time I go. Going there is a huge improvement over the Dunkin down the road. Keep up the good work and thank you for the wonderful experiences!

This is the absolute worst TH location. Staff are rude, supervisor berated staff and yells at customers. Do NOT go inside unless you plan to.eait 20+ mi utea while drive through gets service. Also... don't bring in your children unless you want to hear foul language and name calling

Just got coffee and food here like 5 mins ago, I’m so disappointed. Just traveling thru to go back home and I got an iced vanilla latte. The latte was so bitter and had no vanilla flavoring and no sweetness. Got two chipotle wraps and absolutely no chipotle sauce. I needed coffee so bad after a long morning of traveling and finally got my timmys for it to be a morning ruiner. On top of that the drive thru speaker kept rushing us to order while ordering so I felt like a burden. So disappointed.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I can’t speak about the regular employees but the manager is one of the worst people I have ever met. Her attitude is disgusting and they need to replace her.

I visited this Tim Hortons on my way to work on 5/18/2024 and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese sandwich on a plain bagel. I received an untoasted bagel with a single slice of American cheese. Nothing near what I ordered and far less than I paid for. I would not recommend this location to anyone and wish they didn't close before I get out of work so that I could get my money back.
