Tim Hortons

This location has about the rudest group of employees,. manager, and owner I have ever come across. It is like they were trained to be rude as opposed to proper customer service they do it so well. They literally hate their customers and abuse them verbally. I have never witnessed anything like this from a store location. They must either feel they make enough money that they don't need the hundreds of customers that will never go there again, or they just don't care about being hospitable to people because they just hate people that much. Can't figure out why they even have a customer-oriented business in the first place if they are so hateful toward people in general. This place is incredibly frustrating. The coffee is always burnt and way too dark, and they CONSTANTLY forget to add sugar even when it’s clearly requested. How hard is it to get a basic coffee order right? I’m tired of wasting money on drinks I can’t even enjoy. Completely unacceptable and very poorly run.

Not a big fan of Any Tim Hortons. There food and drinks are artificial. There donuts are all gross. If you want good coffee go to Starbucks or Biggby there coffee is fantastic

Staff at the window was rude, didn't acknowledge me when handing my drinks through the drive thru window. Why are Tim Horton's, with the exception of Hartland and Walled Lake, staff so rude?! They really need people skill classes!!

Tim Hortons used to be excellent... I'd go to Canada to buy their products...then Wendy's bought it. 30 years ago I'd buy cookies or muffins for my project meetings. Coffee is still decent, but that's it.
