The coffee is amazing but please don't go in the morning because you will be waiting longer than usual The drive-thru was wrapped outside the parking lot so we decided to go inside that was a mistake because the dining room was packed full of people walking in and out in between the lines then they were so busy that it took forever for the employees that were being trained to complete one single order kelton enterprises needs to understand that it's not okay to train new employees during the morning rush. Then to make matters worse the manager Deanna has a poor attitude and walks around like she has a stick up her behind. I'd much rather drive out of my way to deal with her store then drive 2 miles from my house and have the deal with the horrible crowd staff and store that is close to me

But sometimes well usually sometimes forget to give me whipped cream that I paid like a dollar for on my iced cappuccino. Or they don't give me the extra caramel shots that cost $0.40 a piece. It's just they charged me for two extras but they don't put two extra on you can tell

Went there yesterday for 2 coffees that tasted like just water was on my way to work so couldn’t go back. Go again today and order 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 coffees get home have one sandwich and 3 hash browns and a coffee that has so much sugar in it you can’t drink it. Done with this location they never seem to get an order right.

This location is awesome. They gave a few free items for our crew that was working outside and told us to keep warm.

If I could rate the service as a zero I would. Waited 20 mins for my sandwich to be made. I had to call to see what was going on...they told me they forgot and havent made it yet. So I had to wait another 5-7 mins to get it... in the past month service has become very poor. Between getting my orders wrong, to missing items from the order. Be warned
