Wow. The level of care and dedication from this establishment is most definitely a reflection of the management. Shatita is probably the best manager I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t going to come here because I wanted a drink I knew I was going to enjoy for the price I was going to pay. But someone’s comment from 8 months ago persuaded me. I ask A LOT of questions and I know that not everyone has the patience or bandwidth to assist me. Shatita was helpful, HONEST, and caring. I got a bacon and egg muffin with a caramel latte and extra shot of espresso. It was perfection. (Literally scoffed down my sandwich so I don’t have a pic, but it was even buttered!) I am giving this rating because as you see I have one croissant that’s cooked well enough to consume and the other was definitely raw. Thru were both taken on several days apart. The cooked one was the recent. I have waited for a call from the store and have yet to get the call as I was told by upper management to rectify my undercooked food. I literally had the runs the rest of that day because of that sandwich! I was then told that due to the type of meat it’s going to come out pink, but seeing your picture that one was way more pink than it should’ve been. Mind you that was the manager who said this. I paid full price for both meals and yet one was worse than the other. I definitely like T. H in any state I’m in and I cab an grab a coffee and or sandwich from, but I don’t appreciate raw

I cant believe I have to post this.. I've been a die hard loyal Tims customer since the EARLY 1980s and this is the first time I had a bad experience EVER. I ordered 2 extra large coffees, and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The service was nice. However as I waited for my coffee and bagel I couldnt help but notice that the back counter area was really kinda trashed! There were beans on the counters and on the machines, a concerning amout of spilled milk and coffee open containers and other debris on nearly every surface of the counters in back, mixing beverages at the cash register, it was bar none hands down the dirtiest Tim Hortans I've ever seen in 6 states and 45 years! Then the coffee came out.. One cup was good the other had no sugar.. none.. (this isnt ENTIRELY thie

Timmies are usually great. I’ve had great coffee and food at locations in the U.S. and Canada. I was very excited when they came to the Atlanta area. This location has a lot of promise, but needs some attention. I’ve stopped getting coffee or breakfast here, but I’ll still go for donuts. The staff needs to be a bit better trained to maintain coffee and food quality. In the past I’ve received burnt coffee that I couldn’t finish and only half-warmed food. Maybe there needs to be a little more hands on management of this location. I hope it turns around. It’s a great option to have down here.

Came in for a cup of coffee, and this was the first time in my entire life anyone has ever made my coffee perfect without me adding anything additional to my coffee. The atmosphere was set and the employees amazing best experience ever. This was my first time at this restaurant and now you have a lifetime customer. Thank you Tim Hortons!
