Tim Hortons

Went with my sister and did a pick up order. They didn't even know that it was there until we went in. Waited around 20 minutes for them to make the wrong coffee. Now we wait again for the correct coffee....wrong size made so now she's got to put it in a bigger cup and make up the difference. Long hair around food products with no hair nets.

Went in, first time to a tim hortons, smelt like an old bucket of mop water. Bathroom was dirty. Spent $7 on an old donut and a warm latte. 1/5 on a good day

Popped in here in between my kids basketball games last week. Wife and I ordered the redbull refreshers. Very disappointing. Terrible value. Tasted like cleaning supplies. My kids shared some Tim bits, they were perfect as usual. The most disappointing part of the visit was the service. People behind the counter very short with my wife and I. Almost had an attitude that we were there. I won’t be back.

If you don't go through drive thru they don't care for you. 4 associates standing around only care for whos coming through the drive thru.

I think waking up in the morning people should be greeted politely by people that actually want to work or at least be in a good mood. The cashier was polite, but the manager seemed like he was in a bad mood. I didn’t want to be there. It just ruins the experience.
