Tim Hortons

I’ve tried door dashing from this Tim Hortons multiple times every so often. And every single time one thing or another is wrong. Today sent me over the edge. First, my Tim bits are missing- again, for the 4th time in a row ordering from here. Second, my bagel belt is cold and soggy as hell. Thirdly, they got my bagel belt completely wrong! How can they mess up an order that is specifically typed out for them on a screen? No egg, added sausage, and again cold and soggy! The bacon was cold, limp, and stringy as hell. The lettuce looks old, and the cheese isn’t even the slightest bit melted which leads me to think it went on a cold sandwich in the first place. And to top it all off, and I understand how trivial this might sound, but, there were no straws for a single drink I ordered. Now the

Horrible experience. Went out of our way on the way home from cedar point to try them. Pulled up, no coffee? None of their speciality coffees were available. Just hot coffee. Guy in the drive thru was weird and rude. Let us sit there and didn’t respond to any of our questions after we already ordered two drinks. When we pulled up to the window to get our drinks, he shoved them into our hand aggressively. All we did was ask what coffees were available. Do not recommend unless you have years of anger management experience!

I ordered a ham and Swiss on an everything bagel and when I got back to work to eat it, there was literally one slice of almost see through thin ham on it. The one slice of cheese was thicker. I called the store location a few time but no one answered. In all fairness I have not had this issue with previous visits. Definitely did not get my money’s worth.

We stopped in earlier this morning for a coffee date and the service, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee were all excellent! Looking forward to our next trip!

I arrived today to order some donuts and a coffee. This establishment has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. No one acknowledged me so I left after standing there for 5 minutes. I see why the rating here is so low.
