Sat 10:50 am ....fairly busy Slight wait but reasonable Ordered 2 apple fritters..... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋 However... Counter service from mature lady ..TERRIBLE! cold Abrupt Unfriendly Absolutely not customer service skills, greeting or thank you whatsoever. Disgusting and disgraceful service!! Recommendation.... Send them home if they CLEARLY don't want to be there. Remind them the customer has choices and customer service is a big one.
If you don’t have any supplies left at night, then why even stay open? It’s disappointing to walk in and find nothing available. It doesn’t take much to prepare a simple backup option,like cooking some extra rice, for late-night customers. At the very least, there should be something reliable to offer instead of turning people away.
Lots of good pastry options, plus sandwiches, bagels, muffins and butter tarts . Staff was friendly and helpful. Evening staff were very attentive to washing tables after customers left
Arrived around 9, The coffee was fresh, the thing that impressed us the most was the reception by the drive thru attendants. Lively happy amd welcoming. Thank you for that!
