Tim Hortons

I am absolutely in love with Ky at the Tim Hortons located at 1490 S Linden Rd (Store #917481)! She is incredibly friendly, informative, and welcoming every single time I visit. Ky goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated. Her positive attitude truly brightens my day and keeps me coming back. Whoever hired her did a fantastic job — she is a true asset to this location! Keep up the amazing work, Ky!

Hot chocolate tasted like water and was probably only 3/4 the way full, i usually get more i was definitely skimped this time around. Bagels are hit or miss when you ask for them to be toasted it feels like they just put it in front of the oven for 5 seconds and warmed it… used to be a better location seems like it’s just went downhill over the years

I buy cans of coffee. I notice price went up and amount of coffee is less. Tariffs so people will buy. Keeping price below $20. So the can sell cans. I have been drinking Tim Horton before it was in US. Love the coffee

Awful Tim Hortons location. For some reason in the drive thru the employees can never hear your order the first time and make you repeat every single portion of your order, just to get it wrong in the end anyways. I don't have a quiet voice and I make it a point to speak my order clearly. It doesn't matter. Today I ordered an Ubereats delivery for my wife and they sent the wrong drink (confirmed I ordered correctly on the app), so it's definitely just an overall lack of care and attention. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Tim Hortons a few minutes away on Miller Rd, where they are far more accurate, not to mention super polite.
