Tillman's Restaurant Equipment and Supplies

We had them put a new counter in the theatre in 2019. The counter top cracked in early 2020. I've been trying to have them repair it since and their out of state subcontractor doesn't stand behind the work and neither does Tillman's. I thought I was buying local and that they stood behind their work, boy was I wrong.

Obviously not under my real name since my company has done business with them in the past, but this place has so many issues with getting things properly organized and delivered, not to mention that Tommy Tillman cares more about a dollar than anything else. I've heard him and his son curse at employees as well. Don't waste your time here.

Tried dealing with them because they are local. It was a mistake. Charged us different than the quote. We kept asking why, kept getting the run around. Was told it would be fixed, never did. Tables were damaged, asked they said they would replace it for something better and we would pay the difference, they said yes. That never happened, they gave us a discount, that didn’t mean anything, never got replaced. We still have to change them. Faucet on one of the sinks were bad, never even bothered to tell them. Just paid them so they can just go. Kept asking why are you charging us more than agreed, couldn’t get a straight answer.

Good selection and decent prices. Their store front isn't huge but they have a nice selection of equipment and supplies. What they don't have in the store they can order and the staff a pleasant to work with. Keeping my business local is important.
