absolutely loved having tiki ice at our community event!! fast and professional communication and loved the shaved ice & freeze dried candies!! cannot wait for them to show up at our next event!

I reached out to schedule and event for Mid-August and I spoke to someone on the phone who asked that I email them the information as far as dates and times. I emailed 7/18 and I never heard back. I called this morning and the person who answered the phone had very poor customer service. I let him know I was wanting to schedule a Tikiz truck and he asked who I was and tried explaining and they began to talk over me. They said they didn't know who I was or what event I was talking about. I called the number listed on the website, so I would assume others have called to inquire or even follow up just as I did. I have worked with them in the past but I had never had this experience. Sadly I will be going with another shaved ice company.
