Tijuana Flats

This is one of my favorite places to get a meal.. today I wanted to give a big shout out to your employee Elizabeth, she was so friendly and helpful her customer service is excellent, *I came in and ordered a burrito got back in my car and realized I had ordered it without asking for no jalapenos, I went back in with the burrito prepared to pay for a new one because it was my mistake, I told Elizabeth what I had done and she said no problem took the burrito and remade a new one for me .. and did so with a smile and friendliness (as well her co-worker who I did not know her name ) was also a sweetheart!, excellent people skills and customer service! ⭐⭐⭐ thank you so much, **May 2024Went in late evening for a quick takeout to eat.. price was affordable and food was hot, fresh and though not

Walked up to counter to order, no one there. Then I see and hear a black woman yelling from the kitchen window. She was yelling at me 10 minutes, I said 10 before I can order and she continued to yell 10 minutes. Even the customers seated started staring over to the scene. I walked out! This woman you have working there should be fired immediately! Very unprofessional!

Quite honestly food was horrible. Usually I love Tijuana but this just wasn't it. I got the veggie bowl and the veggies weren't cooked at all, completely raw green pepper and onion slices. Usually they're cooked. I picked out majority of the onion slices cause there were diced onions in there (also raw) and every bite was onion. The rice was also crunchy and hard in an unenjoyable way, undercooked. The food was cold and even the chips were skimpy and unseasoned.... just disappointed tbh

Great food with a friendly staff and cheap beer. The staff is always upbeat and very helpful. The food is always extremely reliable and tasty. Between their many locations the variance is negligible. Thanks TJs for being a great reliable go-to. Keep up the good work. My one suggestion would be to augment your sauce bar with a salsa bar. I enjoy your many different varieties of hot salsa, but I usually end up putting more than half of it on/in your salsa. Anyways, i’ll be coming back for a while!

Originally rated 3 stars. After trying the food I had to remove a star. Slow as heck and the burritos are disappointing. No cheese or sour cream in my burrito — or if there was there was hardly enough to notice. Jalapeños are not spicy. Tortillas way too big. Huge disappointment.
