Tijuana Flats

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Tijuana Flats in Longwood. I'm a regular customer who has always had positive experiences here, but tonight was completely different. I ordered food for my husband and myself. When I got home, one order had what appeared to be guacamole smeared on the lid - it looked like someone had wiped it off but left residue. I drove back to have it remade. The manager on duty (Jake) seemed unconcerned about the issue, which surprised me given how often I order here. He remade my order, but when I got home again, I found it had tomatoes in it, which I don't eat and didn't order. I returned a second time for a refund, which he provided. After eating here dozens and dozens of times over the last 20 something years we never left a review. They are what they are and they do what they do... well. The hot sauce bar itself is epic. I've never had a bad meal here and they are consistent to the point you can set your clock by them. This location in particular always does a very efficient job.

My partner and I have been visiting this location for the past year, and the service, food, and atmosphere is always on point and consistent. Delicious queso (that's always hot) and chips that are perfectly seasoned are a great side to any dish. We have done both dine in and take-out and you get a quality meal regardless of which option! They have great deals on Thursdays and Saturdays, and we absolutely adore Ashley, who radiates so much sunshine, laughter, and kindness with every customer she interacts with. You can see the connections created and the community that this location has created with regulars.

Been coming to this location since it opened. Always have had good service and food. I mostly get the tacos which are awesome but have tried other items and all have been good. I’ll be trying some of the new items they just added.

8/18/2024 UPDATE: I received a call from the manager of the store Robert, he was very understanding and pleasant. Apologized profusely. I am getting a refund for my lunch and a free entrée to try his franchise again. Thank you Robert! My lunch was refunded and I received another call from Sam, letting me know I can pick up my $25 gift card from the cashier anytime, it has my name on it. Thank you! They concentrated on online orders over dine in orders causing me to wait 30 minutes for one burrito. When I did finally get the burrito there was nothing in it but beef, rice and beans.
