Order a thermometer on 6/23 and UPS delivered to wrong locker address. In July I contacted TChef for a replacement or refund. 7/17 still no refund, no replacement being sent and no communication from TChef about this. Guess I’m losing $125 to this company. Do not buy anything from these people since they are clearly a poor business

I had a very disappointing experience with Tigerchef, and I will never be purchasing from them again. I ordered two chairs that were supposed to ship within 5-10 days, but after waiting well beyond the promised timeframe, the items still hadn’t arrived. When they finally did, it was far too late and not at all what I expected. I attempted to return the chairs, but that’s where things really went downhill. I went to a FedEx store to get a quote for returning the items and was shocked to find that it would cost me over $400 to return two chairs that cost less than $200! I Love Restaurant supply stores. I am sooo glad I found Tiger Chef. I have found that TC has everything that you could possibly be looking for in the catagory. I was looking for the most sturdy dining chairs. I found them on the A-Z company but my internet browser searches for better deals and guided me to Tiger Chef for the best price. I was also able to work with customer service. The shipping partner caused damage to one of the boxes and the damaged box was sent back to the supplier. I utilized the chat utility on the site and I was instantly connected to a member of the customer service staff.
