Tiger Notary, LLC

On Dec 22, 2025, I contacted the notary office to ascertain their office hours given the holidays. I needed to notarize a warranty deed and mail it to a lawyer's office in Alabama. I arrived promptly because I was next door to Tiger Title. The notary reviewed the paperwork and inquired if I was the person noted on the document. I acknowledged and presented my identification. He questioned again about my name. This was established through the first inquiry. He then began to question the absence of a witness on the document. No comments from me since it was not a deed I drafted but rather one prepared by a lawyer's office. Instead, I patiently waited for his review, which appeared to take longer than the norm. Ultimately, he directed me to his charge of $100 due to the risk involved

I made an appointment during the week for Sunday at 1pm for a party driving from Lafayette and myself from New Orleans and he wasn't there. A gentlemen answered the door and told us he wasn't there to come back later. I tired calling and he didn't answer or call back. The gentlemen that answered the door told me he was off doing other things. I was able to find another notary thank goodness! I do not recommend Tiger Notary if you expect to get services rendered!
