Tifa Chocolate & Gelato

I was excited to try this spot but wasn't excited about the outcome. The displays and ice creams and chocolates all look really nice. But when you take a closer look, it's confusing to understand who makes what and where everything comes from. All the packaged goods have different labels and manufacturers so it's not "Tifa chocolate" making them. For what is sold by weight or quantity, I wouldn't even know if it's made by the store itself. I chose a Snickerdoodle cookie along with a Pistachio and chestnut chocolates. It was $10 for the cookie and two chocolates. I did not realize the cookie had rock sugar pieces on top when I asked for it and I wish it didn't. It ruins the texture and flavor, plus makes a mess with every bite. Hands down - Favorite spot for ice cream in the valley!!! Tifa Chocolate & Gelato is conveniently located near the AMC in Porter Ranch, making it a great stop before or after a movie. They offer a good variety of flavors which means that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Each gelato flavor is rich and creamy!! Staff is always very friendly and helpful when you want to sample flavors. They sometime have unique options that stand out from typical ice creamery. They do have a few table seatings where you can sit down and enjoy your treat while catching up with friends. This spot is neat and perfect for a quick treat or when you are craving for something sweet.

Attended to by people who refused to make eye contact with me, and despite the fact there were 3 people there only one person seemed to be assisting me now granted i dont need the most assistance but I was on crutches in a cast and nobody rung me up so I had to stand for a good duration while my drink was made once it was done it was a chunky slop which was credited to it being made with dark chocolate strange that the other photo doesn't look like mine. Takeaway I spent 8 dollars so you don't have to spend your money on a good dessert place

Tifa Gelato is a perfect place to take kids your family and, of course, your friends. They have a whole variety of flavors .my favorite ones are the lemon and the tahin mango. The service is excellent. I think having younger people working, it helps a lot . Personally I like that area a lot ,it's busy most of the time ,which is ok and last but not least ,it's very, very Clean.
