Tick Tock Diner

What an amazing old- school diner.. The food was Yummy & Delicious. Our server Lisa was incredible & attentive. She served the food quickly and was rely friendly & sweet. THE experience here was like eating at a close friend or family's home. Highly recommend this Clifton spot and that wonderful server.

The menu is typical diner menu with breakfast lunch and dinner items served all day. We chose to have breakfast and it was excellent. The coffee was piping hot and frozen and chilled drinks were ice cold. We did have to ask for more coffee and waters versus having service anticipate our needs before we even knew we had them but that’s hardly a negative. The eggs, pancakes, hash, hash browns, meats, sauces and pastries and toasts were all exactly what you’d expect from a top notch breakfast. We found ourselves eating more of what we ordered than we should have because it was done so well. Recommend: fries with gravy and cheese Good: BBQ burger, general tso's cauliflower Ok: chicken sandwich Exactly what you'd expect from the diner, nothing was amazing but generally solid and the portions are generous. The chicken sandwich was a little lacking in flavor and also a bit dry. The fries were hot and crispy and the gravy and cheese were nice additions. Though it did make certain fries a little soggy.

Came here back on Jan 1, 2026. Ordered the following: 1) Veggie Wrap (can't recall the exact name) -It had a diverse range of healthy ingredients - sweet potato, beets, quinoa, spinach, hummus, and so on - but could use some more flavor. -Was good overall, and one of the only vegan options available. 2) Lavender Matcha Latte w/ Oat Milk -They were able to make both the latte and the lavender cold foam using oat milk, which was nice -However, the drink itself tasted really bad, like something synthetic rather than a tea. Definitely would not recommend this one.

Prototypical diner food with nice interior decor. The burgers were typical thick cut diner (saltier side IMO) with fries. We got the spicy chicken wings which felt like it was sitting out for a while as it wasn’t hot (temperature wise) or crispy. The inside interior seems very modern and clean. There’s also a full bar with bar seating if you choose to dine solo.
