Thyme Machine

Thyme Machine is the definition of authentic, tasty food. Definitely takes me to a place I hope to visit soon! The ingredients are fresh & you can tell. Their hummus is out of this world. Then, the dessert was delicious! The company was a joy to speak with. It was a beautiful, breezy Saturday afternoon, sitting under the canopy & watching the traffic go by was relaxing! Highly recommend trying Thyme Machine, if you haven't!

The best authentic Lebanese food in Jacksonville, the taouk is super super juicy and the kofta is great! Nothing you order can go wrong, great customer service! They even added kofta taco to the menu, it is a must try!

Thyme Machine recently visited our community and for dinner, I ordered the beef shawarma paired with fries and salad. It was flavorful and well-seasoned, but I do wish they were a bit more generous with the side portions.

Definitely the most authentic and mouthwatering Saj manoushe and wrap in the state! We were a big group so we had the chance to try more than one item on the menu, we ordered the Kafta wrap, chicken shawrma, tawouk wrap, zaatar saj and cheese saj. Everything was absolutely delicious, it was like we were back in Beirut. My personal favorite was the chicken shawarma, it is definitely a must try wrap, but you cannot go wrong with anything you choose from the menu.

The beef shawarma was seriously good, super flavorful and tender. The seasoning was spot on, and the wrap was fresh and soft. I’d definitely come back just for that.
