Thrive Family Fun Center

Let me preface this review by saying that this place is our only option as far as “family fun” of this type in the tri county area, the trampolines are decent at best and the arcade is just fine. Only going off that, I’d give it 3.5 stars. HOWEVER!! When it comes to loading or reloading the cards it takes to play ANYTHING at the arcade, be warned you will waste so much of your money unless you bring cash in $10 increments!! Let me explain; the credit card kiosk is frequently down, forcing you to use their ATM that will only give cash in $20 increments but you can only reload the thrive card in $10 increments! I’ve inserted pictures for reference but the workers aren’t “allowed” to load the cards because the company that installs the kiosks must have their cut or they’ve threatened to take

Pictures online showed a much grander experience than it really delivers. Also the staff working both the front counter and the concession seemed to have zero positive vibes or personality.They really set the tone when people come in! Had they been more eager to help out someone who had never been here and offered out information to help know what to even ask for. We would have possibly had a little better time. But when it seems as tho you are bothering them to be asking any questions! It's safe to say we won't be back!! Add on to that we waited almost an hour for a food order and was ready to leave and requested a refund on the order and was told sorry we don't do refunds!! This place sux!!

Hello world, Thrive FFP is a fantastic establishment, and it is located right here in Cookeville, TN. It is located at the old mall off of Interstate Drive and connects directly to Jefferson Ave and then I-40 exit 341. They are continously growing and improving thier arsenal of activities. Thrive was super clean and so much fun! We wasn’t exactly sure how to use the cards at first but Jalen helped us out and kept checking on us. He made sure we were having a good time and didn’t have any issues. He’s so friendly! My family and I will definitely return!

Thrive was very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The arcade was so fun.Jalen Helped us get our cards for the arcade because this was our first time here and didn’t know what we where doing. He came back to check on us to make sure we were having an amazing time. Great place !
