I was here today for the first time 04/18/2024 and Autum was on shift, she was absolutely amazing, very sweet and made me feel so welcome here. I will definitely be coming back thanks to her. She deserves more praise!!! Prices are fair, not expensive at all and the quality is amazing.
We had accidentally ordered a coffee through the Joe app for this location. I called explaining our mistake. They took time out of their day, over multiple days to ensure we got a refund. That’s customer service!!
coffee is always on point and the girls there are wonderful :)
Ordered a latte with regular milk and was given 2% and told regular for us is 2%. The girl couldn't of been more sour faced the entire time. FAFB
Great customer service, sweet barista. Helped me find a new drink to try. Coffee was hot and tasted delicious. They were also super nice to my son, and got him a "pupaccino" (whip cream in a cup) which made him so excited.
