This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q

My experience at This Is It was definitely better than what I’ve had at the Fayetteville location. The food here tasted fresher and was seasoned just right. I had the usual—smothered pork chops with mac and cheese, yams, and cornbread—and everything came out hot and flavorful. The pork chops were tender, and the gravy wasn’t too salty like I’ve experienced before. The mac and cheese was creamy, the yams had the perfect sweetness, and the cornbread was soft with just enough crumble. The portions were generous, so I definitely got my money’s worth this time. The service was also a step up compared to other locations. The staff was polite, moved the line efficiently, and made sure everything in my order was correct before I left. The servers greeted me as I entered. The food was delicious. The chopped pork was so good. The Mac and cheese and sweet potato were delicious. I would definitely go back to try the fried fish.

We wanted some soul food so we stopped in at this establishment on a Saturday afternoon. We were anticipating that they would still be offering the 2 for $35 meal which includes drink and dessert but they no longer offer it. The staff was nice and It wasn’t busy so we were able to order quickly. I was a little nervous about the food quality after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the baked chicken over dressing and gravy with mac and cheese and collard greens. Everything I had was tasty and fresh. My BF got the turkey wings, which he said was a little dry but the seasoning and flavor was good. Both meals came up to $37 with tax which isn’t bad. This place may be a hit or miss but it’s a good option if you want good soul food at an affordable price.

Today was my first time visiting this location and my 1st complaint is the drive thru line moves TOO SLOW i'm not understanding why it took sooooo long to fix a order when the food is already on the hot line🤦🏾‍♀️2nd complaint the greens has a funny taste idk what seasonings they use but it's not too my liking and it's more stems then the actual leaf the dressing was good they forgot to put the gravy on my dressing and the sweet potato souffle was ok i came to this location because of the reviews the one in fayetteville is not all that food is ALWAYS bland at least when I go it is and this location is some what better but not by much.

Always takes 20minutes or more to get food. Having a drive through is so pointless. It’s not fast and convenient at all. And they don’t even come to the window to tell you “hey it will be 20minutes. You’re just sitting there confused after 10minutes of no one coming to the window wondering if they forgot about your order. The price is also high. I paid $13 for 1 pork chop and 1 piece of bread. That’s pretty high for a cheaper piece of meat that was not slow cooked overnight or specialty prepared.
