Thirsty Turtle Express Juno

I was pretty excited about going to this place. I ordered a cheeseburger with some french fries $16.19 with the drink the french fries were cold. I literally walked outside with it. Opened it up in my car and the french fries were cold. Definitely not impressed.

I usually order a hamburger when I’m in the mood. Last week I went to thirsty turtle express for a bacon and blue cheese burger with french fries on the side I asked for the burger to be medium rare the meal wanted to go meal. The service was quick and the hamburger was placed in a plastic box with french fries I asked the girl to separate the french fries from the hamburger because I had to drive 10 miles and I didn’t want to return home with soggy french fries. She got another box and took her plastic glove to remove the french fries. I had to ask for ketchup when I got home. The hamburger was well done somebody needs to talk to these people they don’t pay attention.

My wife and I were long time customers of thirsty turtle until tonight. I went to thirsty turtle express to place a to go order. Upon arrival, I noticed there was an infestation of bugs on the counter. I brought it to the young lady’s attention and she said there was nothing she could do. I find that disturbing that bugs were near food and nobody cared so I went to the main restaurant to get the manager. He then went back to express and told me that the employees couldn’t do anything about the sugar ants. When I complained I didn’t want bugs near food (a very modest request) he called me an expletive as the door closed on my way out. Thinking I surely misheard him, I walked back to confirm and he doubled down. A very sad and unprofessional way to lose a customer. I hope the owners can see

Disappointing experience. I just ordered to food to go. It’s unfortunate because the two young dudes were busting their butt and they’re usually very great and helpful. On the other hand there was a new fella all tattooed up and seemed to give the place a bad vibe. He just dawdled around hardly doing anything while the other boys busted their butts. I waited about 20 mins in the location after about 15 mins I already waited getting there and this big dude definitely slowed down their whole regular process. After giving me attitude and spouting off commands to everyone he proceeded to fiddle on his laptop for half the time I was there while the restaurant was jam packed with orders and when he did finally return to work he just filled up sauce cups at the pace of an institutionalized vegeta
