Overrated. I had been in before for a drink but decided to come in for happy hour and maybe an appetizer on the dinner menu. I got the HH specialty cocktail which was good. The shrimp cocktail was nothing to write home about (It was an "elevated version" of a regular shrimp cocktail. I could've taken a regular version honestly). I decided to get the potholes on the dinner menu too. Very rich but incredibly salty. Nearly inedible so I couldn't eat it. I think the thing that bothered me the most was that the bartender checked on all of the couples at the bar multiple times except for me (prior to the dinner rush so it's not like it was super busy). Basically ignored me for 45 min. Didn't say a word to me until he saw my coat on and I was standing up. Yes, I could have said something if I re
A fantastic find during our stay in Milwaukee—just a short walk from our hotel. We stopped in for small bites and were blown away. The roasted carrot hummus was a standout—unexpectedly delicious and full of flavor. The Brussels sprouts were another surprise—unique and expertly crafted by the chef. The oysters were fresh and incredible. Loved the elegant atmosphere—sophisticated but still relaxed and welcoming.
Alex was very attentive and he was knowledgeable about the menu items. The atmosphere was nice with the front window open and sitting and watching as people walked by. The steak tartar was delicious with the potato chip topping but a little too salty. The scallops were delicious along with the duck tacos. They were spicy and had a fantastic flavor. We ended with the key lime pie which was also good and just the right amount of dessert. The old fashion was surprisingly good with the aged rum and the other bourbon drink I had was also very delicious.
Variety of seafood dishes and appetizers. Tried a scallops dish with risotto. Scallops were a little over cooked and could use a push on seasoning. Will try again since the atmosphere and service were great.
Wow we went out with the family and some friends for dinner we get there and with four kids and four adults we needed food fast and we got it fast. The waiter helped us get cheese burgers for the younger ones and the food on the menu was delicious I got the aura king salmon and the toast was all there
