Thelma D Bryant Library

This is a very special library. So glad to have a library in Wallace. I enjoy checking out new and old titles! Everyone is always so helpful.

First let me start off by saying April is amazing. She took me in and did my passport with no issues. Thank you, April for your amazing customer service! The issue I have is with Jennifer Raynor, who was very rude with her smart comments. I came in to get a passport and was asked if I had an appointment and I said “no I’m sorry I didn’t realize I needed one” the women asked Jennifer if she could take me and Jennifer said she could not so April offered to take me and Jennifer replied with “that’s just how things work around here. You have got to make an appointment” so I replied with “ I can go somewhere else if I need too. I just didn’t realize I needed an appointment.” I went to go and sit down at the back table to wait on April and apparently I was looking at Jennifer Raynor “too long” a

Friendly and helpful. An old school library in the best sense of the word.

Went for my first time last Monday. It was nice to see a library in the 21st century, alive! They have a great selection, and the librarians are very friendly and helpful. The library was full of children and life, and it made me so happy to see how they cater to their community! My new favorite place.

So helpful! They have kept my 88 year old father supplied with books to read and keeping him from losing his mind to boredom during this pandemic. Always willing to help. What a sweet little library and great resource for our community.
