Staff was so friendly and explained the nutrition facts to us which felt very helpful! Everything we got tasted amazing and left us feeling energized. I wish I lived closer to here I’d be going very often

Went there originally for a quick drink, and it was so good I had to go back. The server recognized me despite it being only my second time, which speaks words about the level of service you can expect as an everyday customer. If you're looking for a healthier alternative to a lot of the handmade drinks around Cape, put this on your radar. Or if you're on edge about whether or not to try something new, take a look at their menu and go for it. Great place, great service, and honestly amazing drinks from what I've had so far.

I found out about this place by just searching up protein in my area and I can definitely say I’m so happy I found this place. The atmosphere, food and service from Simon and Lizzy are just amazing. I’m happy that there is a place like the zone where you be comfortable and enjoy the food and company around you. I always look forward to coming here and so glad I ended up in this place when I was looking. I definitely recommend The Zone nutrition for anyone who is starting their gym journey and more! Great food and great people what more can you ask for!

Zone Nutrition is honestly such a gem! Simon and Lizzie are always super welcoming and kind they make you feel comfortable the second you walk in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. The vibes are always positive, and everything on the menu is so good! Whether you’re grabbing a shake or an energy tea, they’re always happy to help you find what fits your taste or goals. Definitely one of my favorite spots not just for the drinks, but for how nice everyone is!

The friendliest staff, the yummiest drinks and although I didnt try the food my friend did and said it was outstanding. We will definitely come here from now on instead of other shops! You can even sit relax and hang in their space and feel the great vibes and energy! So happy a place like this exists in cape coral!
