Food was great! Our waitress Salty was attentive and charismatic. Loved the live music, perfect for a nice calm Sunday morning.
“a generation lost in space” they wound up pretty OK. So we just had a wonderful evening at a fairly new restaurant called Woodstock Way. The place has great food, family style service, live music tonight was the awesome (DEREK WOODS BAND) and the total Woodstock vibe. If you ever come up this way to Bethel Woods Museum, or for music, you definitely want to spend some time here. I had the absolute best steak, cheese, mushroom, and onions sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! Aka The Swami Steak Sandwich. And their ice cream is also a must have. Very reasonably priced ($100 for 2 meals with appetizers and desserts and 4 Drinks. Marianne aka “Salty” and the staff were awesome from when we walked in until leaving. We’ll certainly be back and encourage everyone to try it.
Great place for a meal or an event. There are six different local beers on tap. Plus a nicely diverse menu including pizza. Woodstock themed from the menu item names to the decorations. We will go there again.
I barely write reviews, but after our waitress, Salty, was PUSHING for us to do it, I thought I'll tell you what I really think. We arrived here for our first trivia night, which was pretty good overall, so we expected service to take longer with the rounds of trivia happening, but these wait times were a little ridiculous. When we were eventually ordering, some problems arose. One of my friends just wanted an ice cream dessert, and the waitress kept denying each of her orders, she eventually asked "What DO you have?" and the waitress said "None of it". Why have an entire dessert section on the menu if you don't have any of it??? My friend ordered a BLT before me and when the waitress came to me, I attempted to order the salmon. She then said "BLT?" I assumed she must of misheard me and th
After passing by the Woodstock Way Groovy Eatery on the way to our Airbnb, I knew we had to stop! We went early for breakfast before heading to the Woodstock museum in Bethel a few miles down the road. Since the weather was nice, we were able to sit on their beautiful patio, overlooking the Mongaup River. Go for the atmosphere alone! Whether inside or out. The patio is beautiful, with flowers and views galore. The inside is decorated with tie dye and Woodstock memorabilia, as well as a cool wall depicting the crowd at Woodstock. The food was pretty good and I definitely would go back if in the area again. They feature live music a couple nights a week as well as trivia.
